Kohl's releases Dana Buchman line to benefit women's health

Kohl's Department Stores have recently released a brand new collection of merchandise and outerwear to their popular Dana Buchman line, all of which will benefit breast cancer charities.

"Dana Buchman makes women look and feel beautiful and this new and exciting collection gives our customers an easy way to support the fight against breast cancer and look great while doing it," said Julie Gardner, Kohl's executive vice president and chief marketing officer.

The collection will consist of outerwear, accessories and assorted jewelry. Many of the items are meant to spread breast cancer awareness such as the pink ribbon pin or colored t-shirts. Kohl's has made a concerted effort to group the items in a single display, making it easier for customers to support the cause.

Kohl's has already supported breast cancer charities in the past, pledging $7 million over three years to the American Cancer Society's Midwest Division and the Southeast Wisconsin affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure. This new fundraiser will support these same charities and allow customers to spread the message themselves.

According to BreastCancer.org, there are over 2.5 million breast cancer survivors living in the United States.
