Millions of Americans have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, but with the disease on the rise, even among children, it's very possible that millions more are afraid to find out.
To raise awareness, American Diabetes Association Alert Day is observed on the fourth Tuesday in March, every year. It is a one-day "wake-up call" from the American Diabetes Association, asking Americans to take the Diabetes Risk Test to determine if they are at risk of developing type 2 diabetes.

Pledge to spread the word, take precaution, and learn about the importance of detecting if you are at risk of prediabetes or type 2 diabetes. Help raise awareness to family and loved one who may be at risk too, then sign the pledge to check yourself before type 2 takes over!
