Now we are counting on you to use Clean Air Act authority to limit carbon pollution from existing power plants, America's biggest source of carbon pollution.

As you said in your inaugural address, "We will respond to the threat of climate change knowing that the failure to do so would betray our children and future generations."

Now is the time to tackle the climate crisis by reducing carbon from existing power plants.
