She Felt Out of Place In Civilian Life

She explains how difficult it is for our civilian counterparts to understand what life is like in the military.  Because she was in the service, even though she did not get the opportunity to go overseas, because of health issues of her own, she knows the military life and knows and loves her friends who were deployed and came home with the effects of wartime experiences on their shoulders and in their minds.

We must never abandon these fine young men and women.  We must ensure that the help and the support they need medically and psychologically, is always going to be there for them.  It is our duty.   We can not shy away from it.  We must now serve those who have served us with their very lives.  It is only right to do so.   To abandon them now would be a moral failure of the worst kind.

If you know of military members who are suffering from the effects of war, please help, and encourage them to get the help they need from the Veterans Administration, or the military services.  They deserve this from us.

Thank you for your daily clicks on this site to help us feed homeless veterans too.
